The stem wall at the Gilbert home began to flake and crack. This was due to the rebar becoming oxidized and weakening the concrete around it. We came in and installed our patented non-ferrous composite.

An area of the homeowner's sidewalk going to their front door was settling, which is very common in this area. This beautiful 1990's home had a stem wall that was cracking, flaking, and spalling.  Our expert crew came out and replaced the existing rebar with our non-ferrous composite. 

Arizona Foundation Solutions excavated the area near the damaged stem wall and chipped out existing failed concrete to fractured rock and behind existing rebar. We removed the existing rebar and replaced it with our non-ferrous composite. To finish, we coated and patched the area with a cement patch and backfilled the excavated area around the home!
