An area of the homeowner's sidewalk going to their front door was settling, which is very common in this area. This beautiful 1990's home had a stem wall that was cracking, flaking, and spalling.  Our expert crew came out and replaced the existing rebar with our non-ferrous composite. 

Arizona Foundation Solutions excavated the area near the damaged stem wall and chipped out existing failed concrete to fractured rock and behind existing rebar. We removed the existing rebar and replaced it with our non-ferrous composite. To finish, we coated and patched the area with a cement patch and backfilled the excavated area around the home! 

This Chandler home had stem was that was cracking and flaking. This happens when the rebar inside becomes oxidized a weakens the concrete. 

STEM WALL REPAIR - Excavate near damaged stem wall. Chip out existing failed concrete to fractured rock and behind existing rebar. Remove existing rebar. Replace with non-ferrous composite. Coat patch with cement patch. Backfill excavated area. Clean up & remove all debris. Quantity listed is in linear feet. AZFS warrants the replaced rebar against rust for the life of the structure.
