A vacation homeowner in Eureka Springs contacted us to encapsulate his crawl space and provide additional support. He was already familiar with our services as we had worked on his primary residence and knew he could trust us to do the job correctly and completely. Jordan and his crew removed debris and old insulation and prepped the crawl space. SmartJacks and support beams were added, ensuring the structural integrity of the home. The Ez Flow Drainage System was installed below the footers, and the SmartSump was placed in the lowest area of the crawl space. They ran a discharge line from the sump pump to outside away from the home. The team also added SilverGlo Insulation Panels to insulate the crawl space walls and seal the vents. Drainage Matting was installed to facilitate ground water flow to the Ez Flow Drainage System, and the CleanSpace Liner isolates the home from the earth with a bright white finish. A SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier and a metal hinged, lockable door complete the encapsulation just in time, as a snow storm moved in while we were working! Now this vacation home is drier, healthier, and more structurally sound.

Drainage Matting is a great way to keep the moisture leaves in your crawlspace down. It typically goes under the CleanSpace liner, However, as you see in this picture it could be used by its self. The dimples allow better conductivity for water to get to the perimeter drainage or sump pump located in the lowest spot of the crawlspace. The silver beam and steel pole you see in the middle of the picture is our SmartJack.  The SmartJack is a supplemental support system for crawl space applications. The SmartJack effectively supports sagging beams and floor joists.
