Drainage Matting is a great way to keep the moisture leaves in your crawlspace down. It typically goes under the CleanSpace liner, However, as you see in this picture it could be used by its self. The dimples allow better conductivity for water to get to the perimeter drainage or sump pump located in the lowest spot of the crawlspace. The silver beam and steel pole you see in the middle of the picture is our SmartJack.  The SmartJack is a supplemental support system for crawl space applications. The SmartJack effectively supports sagging beams and floor joists.

In this home in Scranton, the homeowner was concerned about rotting wood in his hallway. Our Design Specialist, Michael, inspected the crawl space and found rot had settled in.
