Hi Chris,   Thanks for your email. Re: the crawl space upgrade - so far, so good! We had a heat pump system installed last week (using ducting in the crawl space and a couple of vents to the second floor, so no mini-splits anywhere) and the heat pump team was impressed and grateful to have a decent crawl space to work within 😊. I wouldn't say that I particularly noticed the house was warmer after the overhaul, but it's not like we had a lot of time with which to compare. I expect it will be a much toastier winter here than last, though! Definitely happy with you and your team's work. It was also great to be able to email you afterwards with random questions (e.g. when I checked with you whether the historic vents from the crawl space were now redundant when we had the house painted).    For routine maintenance and check-ups to check the sump pump, fan, etc., do you get in touch with us, or should we put a date in our diary to get in touch with you?    Many thanks, Faith and Neal
