We also protected the home from moisture, mould, and pests with a comprehensive crawl space solution that included a waterproof liner, drainage system, insulation, and airtight sealing.

We recently helped a homeowner completely transform their crawl space into a much cleaner, drier, and more comfortable part of their home. First, we gave the space a full clean-up removing loose debris, wiping down pipes and ducts, and vacuuming the floor to get it ready for the upgrades.

Then we installed a durable drainage mat along the floor and slightly up the walls to help manage any ground moisture and make the space safer and more comfortable for storage. Over that, we sealed everything with a heavy-duty liner that keeps moisture and damp air out, creating a clean, controlled environment underneath the home.

To finish it off, we added high-quality insulation along the walls and rim joists. This helps keep the home warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer, and can even lead to lower energy bills. Everything was sealed up tight to help the crawl space stay dry, fresh, and protected year-round.
