This customer was doing a complete home remodel. The original owners of the house had a very thin see-through barrier installed in their crawlspace. The customer had conveyed to us that he was never happy with it, but now he has the ability to put in a top of the line, Cleanspace liner!

We came out and helped this person to get encapsulation and make sure there are very low moisture and humidity in their crawl space!

This home is located on a hill and while under a major remodel they noticed that there was water wicking through the soil downhill into there crawlspace making it damp and moist. The homeowner hired us to fix this problem by sealing his crawlspace. By sealing the crawlspace we are able to protect the underneath of the house and the HVAC system in the home. Plus it added to the value of the home!
