Before the repair, the interior space had exposed concrete and partially removed wall materials as the area was prepared for waterproofing. The completed photo shows the installed wall encapsulation system along with drainage and water-management components designed to help control moisture and direct water away from the interior space.

A perimeter drainage system was also installed along the base of the walls to help collect and direct water away from the area.

The After Picture shows the exterior of the home. The issue was voids formed by shifting soils, and the Foundation had weakened over time. This picture shows the finished work, after Saber filled the voids with Polylevel, atteched Foundation Piers to the base of the Foundation, filled the holes, and poured concrete. The area looks better than before our crew started working.
