Slab leveling with PolyLEVEL in San Luis Obispo
Saber was contracted to repair a home with severe settlement issues. The floors were cracked and sloping so much that they weren't even touching the bottom of the wall (our crew member could put his hand through the gap).
After the injection of the PolyLEVEL foam, the floor was returned to level and the crack in the floor closed. The homeowners can now rest assured that the floor is joining up with the walls and that the floor will not continue to settle and crack.

The before picture shows the large crack caused by the settlement of the sidewalk. As it settles, it pulls away from the wall.
The after picture shows the finished product of Polylevel and sealing the crack with NexusPro joint sealant.
Chiller slab repair
Broken fire line washed out under slab foundations and a void fill was needed to prevent chiller equipment damage.
