Our crew at Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair prepped this El Cajon driveway. The surface was cleaned, joints were sealed with NexusPro®, and all edges were carefully masked off to ensure a precise, even application. This step is key to achieving a smooth, durable finish that enhances both protection and curb appeal. Here’s the finished result — a beautifully rejuvenated concrete driveway. Combined with PolyLevel® and NexusPro®, this driveway is now lifted, sealed, and sealed in style.

The before photo shows a crawl space with unsupported posts. Because the posts are unsupported the floor is starting to gas as the posts shift with time and seismic activity. In the after photo, we installed post caps to ensure the posts stay in place and can be more stable during a seismic event.

The homeowner had lived in her 1920s Los Angeles home for over 20 years, but shortly after moving in, she noticed problems—sticking doors, windows that wouldn't open, and bouncy floors. Over time, these issues worsened as the home’s foundation began to fail due to aging wooden posts in the crawlspace.

To restore stability, we replaced the deteriorating 4x4 wood posts with new ones, installed a metal supplemental beam, and added SmartJack® adjustable supports to lift and secure the sagging floors. These adjustments provided the reinforcement her home desperately needed.

With the new supports in place, the homeowner’s floors are now level and solid, and her doors and windows operate smoothly once again. The SmartJack® system and structural repairs ensured long-term stability, giving the homeowner peace of mind.
