A businesses owner had a serious concern of their kitchen area in a restaurant near the freezer. The subfloor was starting to rot and fall in because of it. We came in, removed and replaces the subfloor, and created a happy business owner. 

This Goose Creek, SC homeowner became concerned about his crawl space when he noticed his floors sagging and squeaking, and moisture in the crawl space. He called Lowcountry Basement Systems to receive a free estimate and schedule an appointment with one of our inspectors. 

Our inspector, Jason Ussery, suggested that we waterproof the crawl space by installing a SuperSump sump pump. SuperSumps are designed to relieve subfloor water pressure and evacuate water from the basement water control system. 

After four days of installation, the project was complete and the homeowner was more than pleased with the outcome!

Our inspector suggested that she should have a SuperSump pump to allow for more water evacuation and Drainage Matting installed to waterproof the crawl space. Our drainage matting is a recycled high-density polyethylene matting with dimples that allow better conductivity for water to easily get to the perimeter drainage or sump pump. 

After one day of installation, the crawl space was waterproofed and the homeowner was very happy with the results!

The homeowner decided to have a dehumidifier installed to lower the humidity along with drainage matting to prevent water from pooling in the crawlspace. This North Charleston, SC homeowner contacted Lowcountry Foundation Repair when he noticed some issues with his previously encapsulated crawl space. The crawl space was encapsulated in 2008 by another business, but he wanted to make some changes so he called Lowcountry Basement Systems to schedule an appointment with one of our inspectors. 

Our inspector listened to the homeowners concerned and suggested that he install a new EverLast Crawl Space Door. EverLast Crawl Space Door is made of a thick polypropylene plastic so it will not rust or rot. 

After one day of installation, the crawl space door was replaced and the homeowner was very happy with the outcome!
