The owner called Lowcountry to see what could be done, and after a free inspection, we recommended a customized installation of our waterproofing system suited to the home's individual needs. This system allows the water to drain into a sump pump to be carried out of the space.

This beautiful home in Daniels Island, SC had moisture issues in the crawlspace. The homeowner called Lowcountry Foundation Repair for a free inspection and custom quote. Our inspector recommended a sump pump with drainage matting to direct water out of the crawlspace and away from the house, along with a dehumidifier to lower the humidity. The homeowner decided to move forward with the project and was very happy with the results.

Our team installed the WaterGuard Perimeter Waterproofing System and CleanSpace® Wall Vapor Barrier to collect and drain the water, then that water drains into a sump pump, in which the water is pumped out and away from the home. The customer was very pleased with how effective the system is at keeping the basement dry.

Our crew took this basement from a liability to a usable space with the installation of our perimeter drainage system, Waterguard XL and a TripleSafe pump system. The space is now water free while the area and everything in it dry!
