This homeowner reached out looking to get his basement waterproofed and protected. After meeting with Russell, they discussed a solution and scheduled a date for installation. This particular solution included installing WaterGuard drainage, along with a SuperSump. Additionally, CleanSpace was installed on the walls to create a vapor barrier and protect the walls and air from moisture. This basement looks amazing after the transformation and it is protected from moisture and mold!

Josh and his crew installed the CleanSpace, WaterGuard drainage system and the TripleSafe sump pump. With the combination of these this basement was guaranteed to stay dry, and this is pictured in the after photo. This homeowner can now confidently use the basement again, without worry all of their stuff will be wet and ruined.

A high-quality sump pump was needed to keep this crawl space dry. We installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is designed to provide three levels of protection to keep the crawl space dry: the primary pump, a backup pump, and a battery-powered emergency pump. This ensures that the crawl space stays dry, even in the event of a power outage. 

The IceGuard system allows water to escape from a sump pump discharge line if the pipe freezes or becomes blocked for any reason.

One of our sales inspectors from the Real Estate Response Team was called out to this home because the seller was in the due diligence period of selling the home. During the home inspection for selling the house, it was discovered that there was standing water in the crawl space. The buyer requested that this issue be fixed before closing, which were our Real Estate Response Team comes in. After performing his inspection, Dan created a system to waterproof the crawl space so this doesn't happen anymore. We have special crews designated to doing real estate jobs to ensure that we can get the jobs scheduled and completed quickly within the tight timeframes of real estate transactions. Our crew did a great job installing CleanSpace vapor barrier, EZ Flow Drainage, and a SuperSump pump to ensure the crawl space is completely encapsulated and waterproofed. Now that is one more thing to check off the to-do list for the seller and the potential buyer can rest assured that their new home has a clean and dry crawl space!
