This homeowner reached out to us because they were selling their house and wanted to get their crawl space encapsulated. They know how important it is to have an encapsulated crawl space, so they wanted to invest in getting it done to increase their home's value. Dave Coughlin, part of our Real Estate Response team, went out to the house to inspect the crawl space and create a customized solution. In order to fix up this crawl space, Devon and his crew removed the debris and then installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. Installing the CleanSpace keeps the crawl space dry and prevents the growth of mold because. This will protect the crawl space and in turn the home for years to come. 

Having a crawl space dehumidification system that was ineffective and inefficient, the homeowner asked us to replace it with a more efficient and effective system, the SaniDry Sedona. 

To solve a water intrusion problem is this homeowners crawl space, Atlanta Basement Systems crew installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump System.

The raised dimples on the CleanSpace Drainage Matting will give the water flooding into the crawl space a channel underneath the crawl space liner. This directs the water flooding the crawl space to the SmartDrain System. 

Water intrusion was a problem in this crawl space. By removing the wet and moldy debris, installing an interior drainage system, preventing water from leaking through the walls with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, and installing a high-performance sump pump and dehumidifier, the most effective solution was found.
