Due to high moisture levels, the insulation on the crawl space ceiling became soggy and fell. To seal out moisture from seeping into the crawl space, we installed CleanSpace, a vapor barrier on the walls and floor of the crawl space. In addition to CleanSpace, a SmartSump pump system was installed to remove water, prevent flooding, and reduce moisture. 

There was a problem with moisture and high humidity in this crawl space. We installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and a CleanSpace vapor barrier system to ensure healthy levels and prevent moisture from entering. 

In the before photo, note the efflorescence and signs of moisture damage that plagued this crawl space in Atlanta, Georgia. Moisture infiltration was compromising both structural integrity and indoor air quality. To remedy this, we installed our CleanSpace encapsulation system, creating a clean and durable barrier against moisture. Notice how in the after photo, this space transformed into a safeguarded environment. The integration of the SaniDry Sedona further ensured optimal humidity control, providing a dry, healthy foundation, demonstrating our commitment to reliable and lasting crawl space repair solutions.
