This Desloge, MO crawlspace had flooded after a heavy rain came through. To prevent this from happening again, Woods installed a CleanSpace Liner. This will isolate the crawlspace from the earth, and keep it free of insects, water, and mold. Next, a SmartSump was installed to pump any water that gets in out of the house. Lastly, the SmartJack System was installed to stabilize crawlspace beams and floor joists. These will lift the floors above the crawlspace back toward their original elevation and reduce floor bounce caused by weakened floor joists or excessive spans. This crawlspace is now waterproof and will no longer flood!

A homeowner in Park Hills, MO wanted the crawlspace encapsulated, so a CleanSpace Liner was installed. This liner completely isolates the crawlspace from the earth. This dramatically reduces the humidity level in the air, which will eliminate mold growth and rot from the crawlspace and make the whole house healthier. Foreman, Jose L., installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump keeps a basement or crawlspace dry through three ways: the primary pump, the secondary pump, and the battery powered backup pump. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier, meaning it does not support mold growth and it seals out dirt, critters, and moisture. The WaterGuard is installed in the permeter if the basement floor and collects the water that seeps through and guides it to the sump pump, so it can be pumped out of the home.

CleanSpace is used to collect water that seeps through basement walls. WaterGuard in installed in the perimeter of the basement floor below the CleanSpace. It takes the collected water and guides it to the sump pump so it can be removed from the home.
