CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that is made of inorganic materials, so it is not susceptible to mold growth. It is used to collect water that can drain through basement walls. Then the water goes to the WaterGuard which is a perimeter drainage system located below the CleanSpace. It will take the collected water and guide it to the sump pump to be fully removed from the home.
