Design specialist Jake S. assessed the situation and decided that the best option was to install a Twin Pack sump pump and a Waterguard drainage system. Foreman Melvin F. then traveled to the home to get the job started.

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement and was then covered with concrete. The Waterguard collects any water seeping up from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. It then drains it to the sump pump.

The drains that were installed are called WaterGuard drains. These drains stop water leaks in their tracks and direct them towards the sump pump to be pumped back outside.
