Foreman Kevin and his crew installed the Geo-Lock Wall Anchors. The Geo-Lock Wall Anchors are steel rods that are drilled through the foundation wall and past the active soil line. They use the earth in order to provide the resistance the walls need to keep the dirt and water out. 

Tom can now enjoy his basement and trust it is going to remain stable and dry. 

This house's foundation in Urbana, IL is failing due to its age. There were large cracks throughout the whole wall. Specialized GeoLock wall anchors were used, because of the extreme wall failure in this home. The cracks were filled with sealant, and will continue to be brought closer together as the wall realigns into its original position.
