Thank You Swat Pest/Healthy Spaces for turning my basement crawlspaces from a wet moldy place to clean and dry areas. With the encapsulating of the crawlspaces and adding the super duper dehumidifier my home now smells nice and is much healthier. Damon, Donnie, Steven, Eric and pest technician, you guys are awesome. Whenever I called with a concern or problem - you guys are there! I just moved to Evansville and purchased an old house that had more issues than I bargained for.  I'm not sure what I would have done without Healthy Spaces/Swat Pest.  Steven and Eric, I appreciate your taking such good care of me and all your hard work! We wanted to tell you how happy we were with our experience with Healthy Spaces. Richie and his crew were very nice, came on time and worked all the time when they were here. Richie explained things to us and we believe our crawl space is in much better condition than it has been in a long time! Healthy Spaces completed Light mold remediation, improved crawl space drainage with sump pump, and replaced vapor barrier.   The new sump pump is working and standing water in the crawl space has not been an issue since. Even though there was a seven week lead time from the contract signing, work on the project was executed quickly in little under two days. In general, they were helpful and responsive to questions about the proposed work, and we would recommend working with them again.

I was frustrated because every time it rained, my whole house smelled wet and musty.  I realized that my dirt crawlspace was wet and after Damon came out, I ound out I had mold down there.  Chris and his crew came out and installed a new vapor barrier and a sump pump system--a dehumidifier unit, too.  I wasn't too sure about how it was going to go, but I came home this week and noticed that my house was fresher.  My nose doesn't burn.  My crawlspace doesn't stink up the house anymore!

Abe and Michael did a great job. Both were nice and friendly. 

Steve and Corey did the work to seal our crawl space. By their professionalism and overall demeanor, it was oh-so-obvious that these two thoroughly enjoy their work. Both of them greeted me as soon as they got to our house with a hello and a handshake. Simple gestures, but go a long way to establish respect. They had ours from the get-go. They would bring the materials needed for the day to my backyard, and when they left, I couldn't tell they were even there. Never did they leave anything behind. One of the things we appreciated so much was that they gave us an update, with pictures, at the end of every day. Showing us what they accomplished that day and their plans for the next day. If they didn't accomplish what they wanted in their time frame, they would stay until the job was done. Needless to say, my wife and I are very pleased with what Healthy Spaces did to rid our crawl space of unknown years of mold and to fix it to that it won't come back. Helping to prevent us, and our grandchildren, from breathing in that unhealthy air. Not to mention the savings on our heat and air. Steve and Corey are invaluable assets to your company. I hope you have a payroll full of people like them. Give those boys a raise.

Thank you for sending Kyle Wheatman to my house this afternoon. I had some water damage from a leaking pipe that I had fixed and he cleaned up the mess the plumbers left and took many pictures to show me what was going on underneath in the crawl space. He did a fantastic job and was very thorough and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. I consider him one of the best techs I've had the past few years. Please send him out the next time. Also, give him a raise.
