Had our crawl encapsulated a year ago to take care of a moisture problem. I've been down there a few times myself since the installation to look around and it's a night and day difference compared with before. Today, Kyle performed the first annual inspection and he really took his time, which impressed me. I pay for annual maintenance on a few other items around the house and sometimes it almost feels like the only reason they stop by is to collect the check :) But Kyle really did Healthy Spaces proud and was very thorough, and I appreciate that!

We had spiders coming up through our vents.  I mean a lot of spiders.  We had a pest guy out and he told us that the crawlspace needed to have attention quickly.  He was seeing mold. The mold attracted various bugs to the crawlspace and the spiders moved in to hunt.  It was like the worst 'Circle of Life' story ever!  I was like, let's just burn the house down, I'm outta here!  Donnie made sure that we didn't need to  firebomb the house and move on.  We got the mold removed, the debris taken out and a really cool vapor barrier called CleanSpace installed.  I think my favorite part of the whole system, besides no more spiders, is the door that seals off the space.  I'm so happy!  

They come once a year and they check for mold and mildew in the crawlspace. The service has been good! They make sure there are no leaks and nothing coming in through the plastic. The only problem I had was that the dehumidifier was not working. They got on it right away and they fixed it. We got a new dehumidifier and they also installed a new sump pump and drainage tile. Our house is a lot better and it was worth is to us because the basement smelled like it was damp. I have been very pleased with them. The service was worth it because there was a lot of mildew. The also had to scrub down the crawlspace twice and there has been a vast improvement.  We would definitely hire them again!

I was looking to have some mold remediation done. They came out to do an estimate. I was very impressed with how professional they were. They sent a letter a few days later that really impressed me. THe letter had recommendations from others who enjoyed their service. I would highly recommend them.

Steve and his crew were polite and professional, doing everything possible to keep the rest of our home clean and dust free. We feel they went above and beyond to make us happy. Steve sent photos and Donnie told us how professional everyone would be. The Healthy Space crew was amazing!

Good Morning Chris, I wanted to let you know how pleased we are, of the work that the crews did in our crawl space. The first crew did a fantastic job of clearing out the crawl space and cleaning it up. Then their had work on removing all the mold and sealing all of the wood. I could hear them with their brushes wiping down all the floor joists. That is some physical work that they performed. The second crew worked just as hard putting in the drainage lines around the perimeter of the foundation, the sump pump, and the sump pump drain line. Then on top of that.... we extended the sump drain line another 70 feet to the curb. That was a lot of digging and manual labor involved. Next, they installed the Silverglo on the walls, the dimpled matting, and finally the Cleanspace all around. The last step was setting up the Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier and getting it running. I have nothing but good things to say about all of the people that I have dealt with at Healthy Spaces. From yourself to the ladies in the office that called and scheduled the work, to the two crews that did the installation of it all. All have done a fantastic job. And that is even after we chose to upgrade our package once the first crew started their work. We appreciate you working with us on that... and getting it done in a timely fashion.  Then finally to you Chris. Thanks for taking the time and being diligent in your work, to get the best outcome possible for our house and crawlspace. I believe that once we realized the amount of water we cad coming into the crawlspace, it was a no brainer to upgrade to the Cleanspace/dimple matting and dehumidifier. Thank you for coming back out and making that happen. I have no issues with recommending your services to anyone else out there, that may need the services that Healthy Spaces provides. April 25, 2008   When my husband and I purchased our home we were told the basement had a potential of getting wet. The truth is we could have added fish and charged admission as a fishing hole. I have always heard of companies offering a guarantee of waterproofing your home, but to find out they only guaranteed their work, not that your basement would be free of water. I knew we had to do something I saw the advertisement on television for CleanSpace/swat Pest. I knew the reputation of Swat Pest and their work so we decided to talk with them about our basement and crawl spaces. CleanSpace/Swat Pest walked us through the procedure, what to expect and the cost. We watched them work, as they guided us through what they were going to do next.   We have had some of the worst periods of rain since we have had this done to our home, and "NO WATER IN OUR BASEMENT OR CRAWL SPACES".   This has made me a very happy person and believe me, my husband is delighted not to have to listen to me complain about the basement anymore.   We cannot say enough about this company. This was the first time I have gone under my home and felt uncomfortable, after getting bitten by a brown recluse! After the installation, I even went in and rolled around a bit to test out the CleanSpace. The crew was amazing! Thank you so much.

It has only been six months since we had our crawl space encapsulated and already we have seen positive results. Our crawl space was always damp, even during the dry season. Now it is dry and stays dry even during monsoons. We had a problem with crickets, water bugs and other insect pests. SWAT eliminated them and sealed the area so they couldn't come back. My wife and daughter have allergies. Since the encapsulation, they do not suffer so much from them. My daughter would wake with nosebleeds, but, not once since Steve Phillips and his team installed the CleanSpace system, has she had that problem. The thing I like best about it is warm feet in the winter. Since it is an enclosed space, warm air that would have normally been lost to the outside now stays trapped under the floor, keeping my feet comfortable. Saving so much in heating and A/C costs, the system should pay for itself in no time at all. Also, I cannot speak highly enough about Steve and his crew. They go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. They put quality and pride into their work and stand behind their products and services with the most advanced science of the day.
