Before: The basement walls of this Peru, IL, home were in a state of severe distress, bowing inward under the relentless hydrostatic pressure of the surrounding soil. By anchoring into stable soil and reinforcing the interior with high-strength steel beams, we successfully neutralized the external pressure. The formerly leaning walls are now standing tall and true, replacing years of wall woes with a solid, secure foundation and providing the homeowner with long-awaited peace of mind.

Dave and Tammy have renters in their second home, and were alerted when the basement started leaking.
