Josh and Whitney were concerned about the water in their basement. They decided that WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump was the best option for the quality of their home.

Mark and Sandy were furious when they went down in their basement to find that their sump pump had quit working, causing the area to flood. They called MidAmerica Basement Systems to have their pump inspected. During the evaluation, it was noted that large amounts of water seepage would come into the home. This would make the pump over whelmed, causing it to fail and flood the basement. It was suggested that they installed a TripleSafe sump. A TripleSafe offers two primary pumps, making sure that the amount of water that seeps into the home is properly accommodated.

This Wyoming, IL basement was experiencing some serious leaks anytime it rained. While it was already equipped with a sump pump, it just wasn't enough to keep the water out. We installed a full perimeter Waterguard System, with CleanSpace to seal the walls, and a brand new TripleSafe Sump Pump. The result is a clean, bright, and dry basement!

In Neponset, IL a homeowner noticed the flooring in his finished basement was getting wet. After removing the flooring he realized it was an issue he needed to address quickly, which is where we stepped in.
