We have had you do several projects on our house, we trust you.  Very low pressure - that's most important to us. And when we wanted to adjust the work being done, we were listened to and our wishes were honored.  Consistently polite, friendly and professional. I was comfortable with them in my home. It is reassuring to have the life time warranty on the piers and the foundation. I have a peace of mind that my house is fixed and fixed the correct way.   The entire staff is amazing. I do need more work done, another sump pump, another crack injection, and the outside piers installed when the weather is better. From the office staff, to the engineer that did the bid, to the installation crew, everyone is so helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Kenny and his crew were fantastic! Very professional with installing piers in my basement. The outside piers will be done in the spring. I was extremely nervous about all the work that needed to be done but Kenny explained the process every step of the way. Kenny and his crew had to work in very muddy conditions with all the snow and rain that we had. They laid down floor coverings on my main level so not to track in mud. This was an almost 2 week project to date and the very last day they cleaned up the walls and the floor. They left it spotless. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I had used your company to install a sump pump, redo my crawl space and to do one crack injection 7 years ago. I was extremely happy with the service back then. So this company was the first call I made when I needed other work done.

The wall stabilization crew (Shane, Blue and Zach) were very professional and hard working young men. On top of that, they were always courteous and polite, in spite of working very hard at strenuous jobs for two solid days at my home. Your company is obviously doing something right -- customer service is making its way back to the country!

Picked up one of your pamphlets from a home show in Monmouth, IL. Decided to give your company a try. Worked out really well. Thanks! The girl who booked our estimate was very nice.  Mike Banks, our design specialist, explained very well what was going to be done and why it needed done. Very straight forward and professional! Our installation team, lead by Mike Clementz, was courteous and very efficient! Explained in detail on what was going to occur. At the finish of the project, they also explained what to do during the curing time of the repair. Very straight forward and no B.S. Would call them again! Work area was left in great shape! Very pleased!

I would recommend your company to anyone who was in need of your services. Everyone I dealt with enjoyed providing exceptional service and provided answers to all of my questions. Pete Hensler, and his crew were excellent during the three day process. They answered all of my questions about the work being done.  All work areas were checked by all crew members to ensure every thing was cleaned up. I had asked them to pile up some of the larger tree roots. Following the cleanup Pete had me inspect the work area to ensure every thing was satisfactory.

Previous owner installed your system. We came from California and knew nothing about basement issues. There was a system in the basement and I finally got it figured out that it was your company. We had a plumber here to look at the I-Beams (we knew nothing) and he explained that is what your company did. We are happy.

We originally chose MidAmerica Basement Systems back in 2016, because my sister had her basement water proofed and they did an excellent job. We went back to them when we needed walls straightened because their work has always been excellent. Always prompt to get back with me easy to talk to about work being done.  Very polite and knowledgeable completed job in efficient time. Left the basement the way they found it.

 Our design specialist was great. He actually took the time to listen, go through a list of about 40 questions I had concerning the installation of the proposed Radon mitigation system, provided a detailed sketch and a working plan after physical inspection and measuring of my residence. Two other supposed Radon mitigation companies I consulted with could not, would not, and did not do ANY of that! Bill (Job Foreman) and his crew worked together very well and were very considerate of their surroundings.  They were Punctual, attentive, knowledgeable, professional, thorough. 

I would recommend this company. I have been telling others how impressed I have been with this company. Now with this all the recent rain it's a comfort knowing it's not going to basement.   I want to enter Richard and Brandon in the WOW Service award for their excellent work. I am very satisfied with the foundation work that done. Before they got started they informed me that I should move a plant because the poly would kill it. These guys came to my house on May 11 at 2:30 and left around 5:00 and they were still going to an another job site to get caught on customers demands after mine Plus working over time. They really need to win this WOW Service Award.   I had made an appointment with your company to have some sidewalk work done but cancelled because I had someone else do the work. But your company kept calling to reschedule and when mud jacking wasn't going to fix the problem your company came to my mind. Thank you

We chose your company because we believed it was a better product, and our sales person was excellent! Our driveway looks great!
