Mike Banks was extremely helpful with our questions and professional. He seemed genuine in understanding our problem and was very honest. The crew was very polite and helpful. They also cleaned the ice off my steps. They worked their tails off and were extremely curtious and made sure they wouldn't leave a mess. I can't say enough of how awesome they were.

When our design specialist came to our home for the first initial visit, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and was will to answer our many questions. When we decided to go forward with this and requested Bill and his crew, that wasn't a problem either. When Bill, Justin and Jamie arrived they were very friendly and professional. As far as we're concerned, they all deserve a WOW! Service award! What a great bunch of guys. We would recommend them to anyone. We are extremely happy with them and the job that they did.

I already have a lot of your products in my basement and they have worked out good for years. I upgraded to the Sani Dry Sedona. Adao Natario was very nice and explained how the SaniDry works.

I chose MidAmerica Basement Systems because I heard about it from a Facebook friend. Not much competition. We looked and looked. Locally it was minimal. We got one other semi-estimate, but they didn't know what they were talking about. I think the company is eminently professional. The call repsentative was a very pleasant person on the phone.  Everything was explained well by our salesperson.  Oscar and his two nephews did a really good job. He discovered a broken sewer pipe and fixed that, too. He also explained things as he went.

Everything from start to finish went smoothly. Joe Sarb is amazing. He assessed my basement for problems. Showed me what his company had to offer me and then gave me his suggestions. Never did he try to push anything on me. The decision was all mine. After the job was complete he stopped back to look at the work and see if I was happy with the job. Oscar and his crew were amazing. They were very professional in doing their job. From time to time I would have questions and Oscar would stop what he was doing and take the time to explain all of my questions. Everything was clean and tidy when they left.  I chose Midamerica Basement Systems over other company because comparing the product, price, and warranty, no other company out there can compare. Kevin and his work team were Outstanding, and completed all work details in a Top-Notch manner. We completed the Job Survey this morning, and gave you folks five Star marks on all question asked. Kevin has several photos of all completed work areas, and the results are great!! We also joined your MABs Care Club, and look forward to future inspections and maintenance as needed. 

I am more than pleased with the work Greg and Mike did. They were very polite, respectful, helpful, and timely. I really appreciate the service and work they did with my window!  Very friendly, kept me informed as they worked and had me give my input where I could. Crew was timely, respectful, and efficient! Would hire this same crew back in a heart beat.  The only way people knew they were here was from the finished product (egress window). I had nothing to clean up! Thank you!!!  I first found your company just searching the internet about who installs egress windows. Then, when talking with my parents, they had your company waterproof their basement and loved the work that was done. I also knew a couple of people that were used as references and knew I could trust your work.

We received three bids for this job...MidAmerica was very competitive price wise, but the detail of the information they provided, along with the dedicated waterguard system is what sold us. Salesman Wes was vey informative and worked with us to find the best solution for our budget The crew was fantastic! They kept me informed of when they would arrive, what stage they were on, and the reasons they suggested specific choices.  The Cleanup process was perfect..... they left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. 

I am very grateful That I picked the right company to do the job.  They were very professional. Our salesman was courteous, knowledgeable and true to his word.  Our Install crew, these 3 men, Mike Clementz, John, and Levi were professional, worked great with each other and told me I needed some electric things that needed taken care of. I was so happy to find this out and have already took care of the matter.  They cleared out things in the crawl space that I didn't know was in there, plus they needed to throw away. I chose your company because of the materials they sent relating to my problem, so I could read about what needs to be done. This I thought was great!  

When I called to make my appointment for a yearly check-up of my pump the gal was SO NICE. Very chatty.... even though it was late on a Friday afternoon :) Nate installed two new pumps and a battery for me. He never minded my dumb questions and explained everything to me very thoroughly. I know have a better understanding of what my pumps actually do. Nate had a lot to clean up with my old pump and you can't even tell he was down there. I appreciate that!

Tim Lopez was the technician for the yearly service on my waterproof system. Tim was on time, courteous and friendly. He answered all my questions very clearly, and I hope to see him again next year. I would highly recommend this company. After seeing ads on TV I called and a representative came to my home. This person explained what needed to be done and why. All the work was done with no unexpected problems or costs. They did the job on time and left me with no cleanup problems. It totally worked out well.  

I was very satisfied with Doug Skinner, crew leader, and his crew of Devin and ReShawn with their work and professionalism. They were efficient and had a pleasant attitude. When a minor change in the installation of the system needed to be made, Doug calmly and quickly made arrangements to have an adjustment authorized. This is the type of professionalism that makes your company top rated. Fred Romane, company salesman, was knowledgeable and gave a good presentation of the company product. Enjoyable doing business with your company.

Almost thirteen years ago, after I bought this home, I experienced flooding in the basement. When I bought the home I was told there had never been a problem with water in the basement. This was presumably affirmed by home inspectors, etc. Not true! I was blatantly lied to by the Realtor and the previous home owner, incidentally he built the home. I then did some research to locate a business that specialized in basement containment. Thus, Mid-America Basement Systems. Since the my first encounter, I have been very satisfied. The crew yesterday, Adao and Kyle McCarty, were very professional and complete in servicing my units. Thanks to them and your organization.
