Dear Mr. Miles, I wanted to write a personal letter to commend the three young men that worked at our home recently.  Rusty Little, Dennis Johnson, and Dylan Davidson were a pleasure.  All three of them worked extremely hard to get the job done.  In addition to working hard, they were very considerate in doing the work.  They probably had to work harder to avoid tearing up tile and having to move things (water heater).  We are pleased that for the very first time in 20 years we had about 3 inches of rain and not a drop in our basement. Five stars for the Basement Doctor.  They installed an egress window in my basement and it looks fantastic.  They did an excellent job from the first contact with the sales rep to the completion of the project.  They communicated very well, showed up on time, were polite and professional, did exactly what they promised, didn't make any kind of mess at all and beat everyone's pricing.  What more can you ask for?  Great work!

We contacted the Basement Doctor to get a second quote on having an egress window installed in our kids' basement playroom. While we fully intended at the time to go with the first company we contacted and were just seeking a price comparison, we ended up choosing to go with the Basement Doctor. They were much more complete in their explanations, were willing to find exactly what we were looking for in style, and were not pushy at all. Their work was quick and clean and the employees were highly professional. When we had a slight problem after the work was complete (an issue caused by the original construction of the home), they worked with us to get it resolved to our satisfaction with no additional cost.

The 3-Man Crew headed by Michael Jordan was incredible. They arrived on-time. and worked until the job was completed. They cleaned up afterward and did a great job. They explained to my husband and I how everything worked. We were pleased. 👍🏽

Andrew Hardin and crew was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and we are pleased with the results of having our crawl space encapsulated.

The sales presentation was extremely educational.  I thought that Dan was very knowledgeable and professional.  With much research on the internet, The Basement Doctor was the best option for me.
