This partially finished basement and crawlspace located in East Greenwich, RI was due for an upgrade to its existing sump pump system and was in need of a french drain system. DryZone came out to install a full perimeter WaterGuard drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump system to help eliminate continued issues with water intrusion. DryZone will be back to finish working on this basement, and we will keep you updated with our progress!

This homeowner had contacted DryZone about 4 years ago for a free written estimate and inspection on how to properly waterproof their unfinished basement; at the time of that inspection, they were not fully ready to move forward with our recommendations. But they saved our number and the information they received from us and followed up with us this year to update the proposal and see how we could address their continued water issues.

It was our inspector Dave's professional opinion that this basement with it's configuration, would benefit from having two pumping stations set up. The homeowner ultimately agreed and trusted our professional opinion, and moved forward with the installation of both a SuperSump Plus and a TripleSafe sump pump system, and the installation of both WaterGuard and TrenchDrain drainage systems to capture other water that was coming up through the wall/floor joints. This basement is ready to take on the next rainstorm, without a doubt!

This homeowner in Lincoln, RI was frustrated when shortly after purchasing this home, a crack in the basement foundation developed. DryZone installed SilverGlo insulation in this customer's Cumberland, RI home. SilverGlo is a 2" foam insulation board that is infused with graphite to reflect heat and lower conductivity. It is also a radiant barrier so it will reflect heat back into the basement, saving on energy costs!
