This basement in Framingham, MA flooded during some recent rains and the existing sump pump just could not keep up with all the water seeping in. Our team installed a TripleSafe sump pump to replace the existing pump. This pump has three layers of protection; a primary pump, ½ hp secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump.

In East Greenwich, RI, this basement was getting groundwater coming through onto the floor, and it was even worse after heavy rains. The owners were looking for the next step towards getting this space dry and protected from future water and rains. Our crew was able to easily install Waterguard around the basement and tie it into a TripleSafe sump pump. When the water would seep into the basement, the system will pick it up and drain through and then to the pump for removal.

Under the concrete you see in the after photo, the production crew jackhammered the inside perimeter to place the WaterGuard in. The WaterGuard creates a small gap between the wall so that seepage can fall right into the system and straight to the sump pump!
