This homeowner in East Greenwich, RI called about his old sump pump. It wasn't turning on when it should, and he was getting concerned. He decided to call us for help, and we were able to take out his old rusty sump and installed our TripleSafe sump pump! The TripleSafe comes with 3 sumps, one of them being a battery backup electrical pump! 

A customer in East Greenwich, RI had a very humid basement and had plans to completely waterproof it so there's no future damages. The inspector we sent over wrote a proposal to install CleapSpace wall vapor barrier, a TripleSafe sump pump and a WaterGuard interior drainage system. Once the proposal was agreed upon, the basement was in much better shape than it was before we serviced it! 

When this homeowner from East Greenwich, RI discovered a pooling of water around the basement doorway every time it rained down. He knew he needed professional help and called us! We set up a date for one of the inspectors to arrive and assess the situation, prescribing the installation of TrenchDrain right at the doorway. The production crew then swiftly executed the plan resulting in a dry and clean basement! 

This partially finished basement and crawlspace located in East Greenwich, RI was due for an upgrade to its existing sump pump system and was in need of a french drain system. It was our inspector Dave's professional opinion that this basement with it's configuration, would benefit from having two pumping stations set up. The homeowner ultimately agreed and trusted our professional opinion, and moved forward with the installation of both a SuperSump Plus and a TripleSafe sump pump system, and the installation of both WaterGuard and TrenchDrain drainage systems to capture other water that was coming up through the wall/floor joints. This basement is ready to take on the next rainstorm, without a doubt!
