The crawl space in Hingham, MA was not insulated properly and had mold and moisture issues. Before moving into the property the home owner wanted to take care of the problem. They had a free estimate with DryZone and met with our system design specialist Patrick Cahill. 

The home owner was in the process of the selling their home and wanted to take care of a reoccurring leak and dampness so the next home owner did not have to worry about the problem. After doing some research online the customer called DryZone Basement Systems and set up a free estimate. Our system design specialist Derek Rice proposed CleanSpace vapor barrier and a SmartSump to help in the problem area of the basement.

Open sump pits are dangerous and ineffective. It can collect debris which would stop the pump from working in a time of need. Our SuperSump Pump liner and lid create a closed system so you cannot see the pumps and there is less of a chance that anything can enter!
