This South Dennis, MA crawlspace was in rough shape before DryZone encapsulated it with Cleanspace 20 mil vapor barrier

This was an annual maintenace appointment at a customers home in Brewster, Ma on Cape Cod. The customer's home is built on an area of land with a high volume of iron ocre.

DryZone Basement Systems installed ThermalDry Wall and ThermalDry Tile - Parquet for this customer. After having to remove the drywall and carpet due to flooding, DryZone came in and installed these vapor barriers for the walls and floors, along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump system for protection against moisture and flooding in the future, even if they lose power! 

This customer in Harwich contacted Dry Zone because they were having issues with their crawl space, problems like moisture and cool floors were their main concerns. We had one of our waterproofing specialists, Steve Thompson inspect their property and give them a proposal. The customers are happy with the final product and their floors are staying warmer this winter. 

The crawl space in Harwich Port, MA was in need of a vapor barrier and insulation. The home owner wanted to lower their heating and cooling costs but encapsulating the crawl space and getting it insulated by a professional.
