Alex of this Harwich home reached out to DryZone because of the condensation in his crawlspace. Our Solution was to encapsulate the space with a vapor barrier. Now the crawl space is dry and no longer has a musty smell!

This Zoeller M53 pump is in an area of Cape Cod where there is a lot of iron in the ground water. It causes the sump which is under ground level to turn a different color. Nick removes the pump from the liner and cleans it thoroughly. 

This homeowner in Adams, MA was looking to add more support to their dirt floor and stone wall basement. The basement was built with wooden support beams as seen in the 'before' photo. They began to bow inwards which alerted the customer to call us to stabilize these failing walls. Our solution? We installed PowerBraces to stabilize these walls in place to prevent future damages. These steel I-beam solutions can also be tightened over time if the homeowner wants to. This option can return the walls back to the correct position, ultimately reversing the initial damage.
