Many crawslpaces, that we deal with every day, looks like the photo on the left. Filled with dirt, falling insulation. Basically a catch-all for garbage and debris. We cleaned up this Hyannis crawlspace and installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier, SaniDry CX and on the right you can see the SmartSump which is where the SaniDry is being discharged to.

This customer in Barnstable, MA had a finished basement with a ground water problem. We came in to solve the problem which means we had to cut half way up the drywall (good thing, too, it was all moldy behind the painted side!) We installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter and replaced the drywall with our Everlast Wall Restoration. This panel is made of an inorganic material so there is no risk of mold every growing on it. The Everlast wall also comes with a 50-year warranty!

The home owner in Cummaquid, Massachusetts had seen our DryZone Basement Systems trucks in their neighborhood servicing another customer and took down our phone number. The customer's crawl space needed some attention. He did not want to live with draft floors and a humid and musty crawl space. We were able to help. 

Cinder block walls are made of porous concrete. This lets moisture seep in and makes your crawlspace constantly damp. 60% of the air in your home is coming from below grade so our suggestion is to encapsulate to seal the earth from your home and use spray foam to air seal the rim joists.

A vapor barrier that does not attach to anything cannot properly keep moisture out. We came into this West Yarmouth property and removed all debris from the floor joists as well as on the ground and fully encapsulated the area with CleanSpace
