A customer from Kingston, MA was dealing with an uneven floor problem that wasn't giving him a peace of mind. In fact, it was always on his mind. The constant fear of a collapsed floor was a situation that he wanted to avoid, so he called us for a saving grace. Our team was able to raise this floor back to the correct level with our steel SmartJacks! These are completely adjustable and will last long due to the galvanized steel they are made of. Now, this floor is in safe hands for years to come. 

A homeowner in Marshfield, MA wanted to save his living room floor from collapsing into his crawl space! The wooden supplemental beam under the floor was rotting, so we prevented future damages by installing our SmartJack floor support system under the sagging portion. This steel solution is fully adjustable as well, providing permanent stability for the living room floor above. In addition, we wrapped the area up in CleanSpace vapor barrier to provide a white liner that will prevent future moisture seepage.

Along with the SmartJacks, our crew also encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to ensure that the space isn't affected by any moisture going forward. Now the homeowner can feel confident in the structural integrity of their home and the conditions of their crawl space.

A homeowner in Wareham, MA gave us a call because one of the walls in their basement had cracks and was bowing inward. They were also dealing with water making its way into the basement during heavy rainfall so when our inspector, David, went to the home he drew up a solution that would fix both the foundation and water issues. On installation day, our foreman, Julius, and his crew started with waterproofing the basement. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the basement floor to collect groundwater and our TripleSafe sump pump was installed to send all of the water out of the home. For the foundation issues, the crew installed CarbonArmor in four areas along the unstable foundation wall. CarbonArmor is carbon fiber sheets and epoxy molding together to stabilize and repair the cracked, bowing wall. Once the CarbonArmor is dry, the wall will no longer move or endure settling issues. Now the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement is waterproof and foundation is structurally sound!
