This customer from North Falmouth, MA wanted to fix his sagging floor above the crawl space. The floor joists below had weakened over time because of so much moisture getting in this space. So we killed 2 birds with 1 stone by raising and stabilizing this floor using our SmartJack floor support system and then we fully encapsulated the floor with CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent moisture seepage! Now, with a stable floor and a dry crawl space, this homeowner was relieved to have called us for help! 

This homeowner in Yarmouth Port, MA gave us a call because their floors were really creaky due to their crawl space's support system starting to fail. The support system in their crawl space was made up of wooden beams that were starting to rot and multiple metal vertical supports that were covered in rust. Our inspector, Jake, went to the home and drew up a solution to fix it's structural issues.
