This customer in Harwich contacted Dry Zone because they were having issues with their crawl space, problems like moisture and cool floors were their main concerns. We had one of our waterproofing specialists, Steve Thompson inspect their property and give them a proposal. The customers are happy with the final product and their floors are staying warmer this winter. 

The crawl space in Harwich Port, MA was in need of a vapor barrier and insulation. The home owner wanted to lower their heating and cooling costs but encapsulating the crawl space and getting it insulated by a professional. 

Alex of this Harwich home reached out to DryZone because of the condensation in his crawlspace. It was a second home for him but with his daughter was looking to move in full time so he knew something had to be done to take care of the musty smell that came with the moist crawlspace. Our Solution was to encapsulate the space with a vapor barrier. Now the crawl space is dry and no longer has a musty smell!

Our service technicians take pride in their work and we had to show off this annual maintenance! Check out the pump cleaning performed by technician Nick DeCosta. This Zoeller M53 pump is in an area of Cape Cod where there is a lot of iron in the ground water. It causes the sump which is under ground level to turn a different color. Nick removes the pump from the liner and cleans it thoroughly.
