This homeowner in Middletown, RI gave us a call because they were looking for crawl space improvement options for their newly built home. Our crew insulated the walls of the crawl space with our SilverGlo wall insulation to regulate the temperature of the space and they also encapsulated it with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace seals off the crawl space from being impacted by the outdoor conditions. Lastly, the crew installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity low. This homeowner in Mansfield, MA had a crawl space in their home that they were looking to encapsulate. The home was built around 1728 and the crawl space had a dirt floor and fieldstone walls, very common in older homes. During a previous project, the dirt floor was covered in tarp but the owner was looking for a better system, we were happy to help! Our inspector Trevor drew up a plan to have the crawl space cleared of any debris and encapsulated, to result in a clean and protected crawl space. On installation day, our crew, lead by foreman MJ, successfully encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. The homeowner can now feel confident that their old home is protected by our new technology.

This homeowner in Mansfield, MA was concerned with the conditions of their crawl space as it was taking on water and had mold growing in certain areas.
