A homeowner in Seekonk, MA gave us a call because they were interested in having their crawl space encapsulated. On installation day, our crew started the project by removing all of the debris in the space, then they laid down our drainage matting over the dirt floor. On top of the drainage matting and along the walls of the crawl space, the crew installed our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Then they installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity in the space low. Lastly, the crew installed our EverLast door over the crawl space entrance to further seal it off from the outdoor weather conditions. The homeowner is very happy with their improved crawl space!

This damp, musty, dirt floor crawlspace in Attleboro Falls, MA had no existing vapor barrier installed. This homeowner from Barrington, RI needed to encapsulate her unfinished basement. There was water seeping through, causing the humidity level to rise. Luckily, we were able to install CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to keep the moisture from coming in!

This Barrington, RI homeowner had a brick foundation crawl space that was cold in the winter and humid in the summer, so they were looking for options to insulate. After inspection, it was decided that our team would insulate the crawl space with our TerraBlock and SilverGlo insulation. Our team was also able to remove the debris from the crawlspace and encapsulate with CleanSpace vapor barrier to ensure a clean finished project.

This homeowner in Providence, RI was having issues with water coming into their crawl space but not making it to their existing sump pump. Our inspector, Steve, went out to take a look and came up with a solution to waterproof the crawl space. Our crew, lead by Riley, installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the crawl space floor to ensure that any water trying to enter would be channeled directly into the sump pump. The existing sump pump was removed and filled in and our SuperSump Plus was installed in a better suited area. Our Drainage Matting and CleanSpace vapor barrier was then installed to encapsulate the crawl space and seal out any excess water. Outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to make sure that the water being pumped out of the crawl space wouldn't come back in due to a clogged or frozen discharge line. Now the homeowner can be confident in their updated crawl space waterproofing system.
