Yesterday a very nice gentlemen from DryZone named Curtis came to service my system. Curtis answered all of my questions, going over the system and explaining where we were not using it correctly. So pleased with DryZone and it's employees. 

Dear DryZone, A ‘thank you’ to Michael Buonocore and DryZone for a very professional and helpful visit to our home in Chatham, MA. Michael provided an objective analysis of the leak from where the water main enters the basement. It was unclear whether it was a plumbing leak or a leak through the wall, the latter of which would cause us to engage DryZone. We now have had a plumber look at the situation. He believes the leak is from the pipe, not the wall. For now, we will hold off on engaging DryZone to see if the plumber can provide relief. DryZone, however, will be our first call if the leak continues and appears to be coming through the wall.   Thank you again for a first class visit.   Ned L

DryZone was quick to respond to my initial call, and the office staff & installation crew were excellent. They were efficient and listened to my needs. They did a great job and cleaned up well.

The office accommodated our schedule when we needed to reschedule a 4 day job. Our home seems warmer & dryer. The job was done thoroughly and not rushed. The installers found a rusted water pipe and alerted us to it. When the pipe was replaced we were told that the pipe would've most likely burst this winter (when we are not regularly at our home).
