Jonathan Costa and his team did a good job in our basement waterproofing. They are very hard-working, very polite young people completed the entire job in a day and a half. I would give a good recommendation to anyone who needs this type of work. So far I am very please, just waiting for a very hard raining day and hopefully won't see a drop of water in my basement.

It pumped out a bit of water at the beginning, but now with a prolonged dry stretch it hasn’t had to do much work.  It may not have been essential to install this year, but I’m very happy it gives me a sense of security for the future!   Matt

This company is top notch. The call rep was excellent- pleasant and knowledgeable. The salesperson was very professional, explained the process completely. The installation crew, Ricky, Matt and Matt were outstanding. They discovered the unexpected source of a leak and repaired it. I was very pleased with the cleanup process. I chose the company because of their prompt response and very good printed and verbal information.

We had our annual maintenance service call today, conducted by Scott Nichols. I can honestly say, that it was most thorough general service call. Scott checked everything that needed to be checked, and he actually seemed to care about doing a great job. He made sure that everything was cleaned as completely as possible, and that all equipment was working as it should be; not to mention that he was both courteous and friendly. I never once had the feeling that he wanted to finish as soon as possible; skipping steps along the way, only to get to the next place as soon as possible. I plan on having the service maintenance conducted annually, and would appreciate if you would assign Scott to our account.
