We had many people come in and give us quotes on how to fix our basement problem. Dry Zone came in on time and were extremely professional taping off the finished areas of the house so that there was no mess from dust. Before they left, they explained completely how everything worked and what to do if for any reason the alarm on the pump went off. Then after the crew left, the original person who came to the house and gave the quote came by later in the day to inspect the work and make sure that we had no questions.
