Owatonna homeowners discovered a moisture and foundation problem when doing some remodeling in their basement. Block foundations are especially susceptible to bowing walls and moisture problems over time. If left untreated, this can cause structural damage to the home, as well as mold, mildew, and potential flooding. Luckily, the homeowners worked with System Design Specialist Rob Larson to design a system that solved all their problems, and helped them to be fully prepared to finish their basement with confidence!

Dennis & Margaret M. of Owatonna researched the BBB for a reputable company to help with a water issue that was happening in their basement when heavy rains would occur.  After a free consultation to inspect the home and troubleshoot a permanent solution to their problem, they could see how our lifetime system of WaterGuard and a SuperSump Pump system would eliminate the problem they've dealt with over the years living in their home.  

This homeowner called with a very common issue. They had an old wooden window well that needed to be replaced. The wood was rotting and starting to push in. We knew right away they would be great candidates for our RockWell Window Well.

When our Design Specialist Ryan met with the homeowners, he explained to them the benefits of the Rockwell. The homeowner agreed that this was the best option and our production team was sent out to install. The installation took only one day, and the homeowner had a beautiful, functional, and safe new window well to be proud of.

Here's a home that our crew installed a new TripleSafe Sump Pump in. This is a heavy duty pump that has three pumps to give you complete protection. If your first pump fails, the second one takes over. If your first pump cannot keep up, then it will add a more powerful second pump run at the same time- more than double capacity. If your power goes out, an Ultrasump Battery back-up pump takes over. The best part about it is that it's all automatic!

They had an existing sump pump system and draintile, but were still getting water coming in and were tired of the clean up involved after each time this would happen to them.
