Excelsior homeowners had walls that were cracked and bowed, which is a major concern for the foundation of any home. They worked with System Design Specialist Ryan Brenner to find a solution that solved this problem, and helped them to accomplish the goals for their home. Crew Leader Rodney Pfarr and his team worked to install the system, and to ensure that these homeowners felt comfortable with how everything works to keep their basement dry, livable, and safe!

Our customer Cassandra from Excelsior, MN had a Complete Basement System installed in January 2014 and had her first maintenance on her basement waterproofing and sump pump system completed in 2018.  

Maintenance is important to prevent a floor in heavy rains.  Sump pumps are electro-mechanical devices that sit in dirty water all the time, and our service is important to make sure it’s ready when big rains come.

Our customer from 2013 in Excelsior was experiencing water issues during the spring thaw and heavy rains.  After searching online for a company to help, they contacted Complete Basement Systems.

The homeowners existing sump pump was not keeping up with the capacity to effectively pump all the water out.  Our installation crew upgraded the existing basket to the elite TripleSafe Sump Pump System.  This "King" of Sump Pumps contains 3 pumping systems.  Pump 1 is operating a 1/3 hp motor, pump 2 is a 1/2 hp and pump 3 is a bettery operated back-up system.  This pumping system can pump out over 12000 or over 24000 gallons.   

These Faribault homeowners had major issues with their basement windows.  Improper windows can cause water damage, health concerns, and decreased home value.  Fortunately, with our patented windows, these homeowners don't have to worry about this issue any longer!
