I needed to fix the water leak problem in my basement. Your installers were wonderful, polite, courteous & did a fantastic job of cleaning up after the job was done. Once everything was installed, the foreman did a great job of going over everything with me.

We decided to use Complete Basement Systems for our basement waterproofing needs. First of all, the salesman, Rob Larson was excellent. He answered all my questions and all of my wife's questions. He showed us how this product would help our situation, but he also listened to our needs and our circumstances. Yesterday was monsoon type rain in Hokah, MN and Ben Heldt showed up with his crew ahead of when we were expecting them which was great. I was at work and my wife was here to get them started. She left in the morning and I arrived home to see the crew hard at work. They were soaked from the rain but still working their tails off. Ben introduced himself to me and explained the process so far. They came from over 2 hours away so he politely asked if he and the crew could work until 8 or so, so they could finish in one day. I told him that was fine. 7:45 came and they finished and had me walk through and explained the pump and its functions to me. The crew was awesome. They were polite, informative, and overall just friendly to talk with. They did an awesome job with clean up and this experience was excellent from a customer standpoint. I would definitely recommend them and this system to my friends and family. Thank you everyone for your hard work.
