I would like to thank the three men who installed the vapor barrier in my crawl space. They were so polite, seemed to enjoy their job, were singing, laughing, and working very hard. I never saw them sitting around. So many times they made me chuckle. There are no other words except THANK YOU! They were such a joy to have at my home. I believe they went above and beyond with moving rock, dumping dirt, and keeping things clean. Thank you guys!!

I have had these structural issues with my home for many years and have tried different ways to fix the problems. The American Waterworks inspector took time to analyze the issues and develop a cost effective and efficient way to correct the problem once and for all. Things went very well right from the start. They phoned when they were en route what time they would arrive and once they did it took them a very short time to assess the job and they went to work. We were amazed at how fast and methodical the men worked explaining along the way how the work would progress and were happy to answer any questions we had and to address one small change that had to be made. After the job was done they did make a great effort to clean the area and asked us to do a walkthrough to make sure everything was done correctly or if there was anything more that could be done. We are extremely pleased with the work they did and would recommend American Waterworks to anyone with basement water problems. Thanks to Ryan for drawing up the plans and Tremaine and his two excellent co-workers for a job well done.
