My basement was a large project which I contracted in Jan. 2019. I was scheduled for Apr. 29 - May 3rd which is exactly when the work was done according to schedule! Everyone from American Waterworks acted in a very professional manner. I was extremely pleased with the finished project!!

Our project was done December 3-4, 2018 in Blue Earth, MN. We actually live about 2.5 hours away, and it is difficult for us to get to Blue Earth often. We were not able to be on-site during the basement update, consisting of powerbraces and anchor. However, the project Foreman, Dylon VanCanneyt, did a great job calling us and advising us as the project was being worked. 1. He told us in advance of potential problems with venting and floor coverings in the areas being worked. No special efforts were needed. 2. He called us when the project was completed. 3. He told me the location of the powerbrace wrench, and gave me instructions on how to use it, along with some more helpful information. We made the trip to Blue Earth in mid-March, and the reinforcement braces and anchor look great! The installation crew did a good job of clean-up, and we are really happy with the work! We researched American Waterworks on the company website, and that was the factor in contacting your company. The Design Specialist, Ryan Powell, we talked with in October prior to the project was professional - no pressue. He was willing to spend several hours with us as we looked at the project needs. We had a discount for signing the day he gave us the estimate - nice savings, and we thought the price was competitive. Thank you!!   

We chose to work with American Waterworks after talking to about 8 previous customers who were very satisfied! Reed did a great job and explained everything well. He was very patient. All went well! The crew did a great job, and the guys were very personable. 

The people that did our basement were great. Communication was excellent on when they were coming and what needed to be done.

 My Design Specialist, Jared, was very knowledgeable and respectful, and took the time to show us all of our options! My installation crew was great too. They were very respectful and fast! They went above and beyond for us! You have a great company with great workers all around! Incredible warranty as well! We could not be happier! 

We decided to work with American Waterworks after meeting one of their Design Specialists at a home show. The office staff was very friendly and helpful, and the Design Specialist we met with was friendly and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with waterproofing the installation crew. They were considerate and pleasant. The team seemed happy to work together, and we are very satisfied with the cleanup. We are so happy we chose American Waterworks! 

I didn't have a lot of direct interaction with the American Waterworks office staff, but when I did, they were courteous, very helpful, and responsive to my questions. They gave regular reminder phone calls and the mailing packet was also helpful for keeping me informed. Eric Hazelton was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable about your products. In addition to being responsive to my questions and concerns, he put together a good package/system for me. I called him a couple times from the time of the original apppointment until about time for the date of service. He got back to me in a timely manner to address my concerns.  Tremaine and his installation crew were awesome! They called as they were on their way and kept me informed as to their anticipated travel/arrival time here. He also discussed a change with me that I initiated and was concerned about regarding the north basement wall. I really liked his solution and there was a smooth transition to the new change. The bit of a "bump in the road" occurred because when this was planned out, I had originally planned for them to do the entire north wall. This meant I had moved most of my "keeper" basement belongings to a northwest corner that now clearly interferes with the area they had to access. I felt bad about the extra work but Tremaine assured me that they could quickly move the items that were in their way to a new location. In addition, they completed the entire project in one day as opposed to the original two-day timeframe allotted. For me, this was a HUGE bonus plus! All in all, this was a very good/excellent experience for me. The guys - Eric, Tremaine, and the crew - were awesome! Thank you all! 

Excellent service from initial appointment through the installation (which was neat and clean). We had one small issue, American Waterworks came back and fixed it! Not a problem since. Also, when I call, they call back, like immediately. So many businesses need lessons on that! 

I've already referred your company to a person in town and will continue to do so.

I've had American Waterworks come twice in the last year for different services. Each time the guys who come to do the work are super nice and professional. Yes ma'am no ma'am, clean up after themselves and super quick workers. I will be having American Waterworks works come back if I need it in the future.

We apprectiaed the team that came. They explained things clearly, worked well together and though they ran into a difficulty that extended the work load, they worked steadily throughout their time here. We appreciated their work and were very satisfied. The only concern for those having this kind of work done is to be very prepared for dust. Though they tried to contain it, it is part of the nature of jackhammering cement. Move anything moveable or tightly cover anything in the area, as it will save clean-up. The team did vacuum an clean the area. If you have basement water problems, we would definitely recommend American Waterworks! 

We were very impressed with the work ethic of the two men who installed our system. Our basement is now dry!
