Before & After Photos

Here is a before and after showcasing a major crawlspace transformation for one of our customers. The removal of that old, wet insulation and the introduction of crawlspace dehumidifier will do wonders for their floors and the safety of their home. This crawlspace was originally inspected and quoted by one of our design specialists, Corey, and it was turned into a clean, dry space by our crew foreman, Michael, and his wonderful team!

These two images showcase just how much of a difference we were able to make on this crawl space in Jackson, MS. Moisture problems had plagued the underside of this home for a while, enough for moisture damage to cause a noticeable effect. They tried remedying this with a standard vapor barrier, but as you can see in the before image, the mud, moisture, and tears prove that this wasn't the way to go. Now, the crawl space is fitted with our durable CleanSpace Liner, covering not only the floor, but the walls and supports as well! You'll also notice our SmartJack System has been installed, offering additional, permanent support for the floors that had been affected by. moisture. The underside of this home is drier and safer than ever!

This homeowner reached out to us and explained that they were dealing with freezing cold floors in the winter. We sent one of our design specialists, Corey, out to take a look for her and see what could be done. He found that the underside of the home had exposed openings to the outside, wasn't insulated, and had no form of moisture-proofing. If left in this state, cold floors would not be the only problem, moisture and humidity could start to buckle the floors. Corey designed a plan to encapsulate the crawl space, which included sealing off the space, and adding several moisture-proofing products, including our CleanSpace Liner and a dehumidifier. By conditioning this space, we were not only able to affect the temperatures of the floors, but save them from future moisture problems as well. Take a look at the difference in the included photos!

Here are a few images from one of our recent subfloor replacements in Jackson, MS! They had been dealing with weak and sagging floors for many years now and we're ready to feel more secure in their home. We don't want these new floors to rot like the old ones, so we will also be going out soon to put in our encapsulation system. This will prevent moisture damage from its many different forms, intrusion, seepage, humidity and more. These fresh subfloors will be extremely protected against having to make repairs like this again!
