Here are a few images from one of our recent subfloor replacements in Jackson, MS! They had been dealing with weak and sagging floors for many years now and we're ready to feel more secure in their home. We don't want these new floors to rot like the old ones, so we will also be going out soon to put in our encapsulation system. This will prevent moisture damage from its many different forms, intrusion, seepage, humidity and more. These fresh subfloors will be extremely protected against having to make repairs like this again!

Excess moisture in the crawlspace had caused wood rot and deterioration in the home's subfloor and floor joists. The homeowner wanted to repair the damaged areas and take the first steps toward addressing the moisture concerns beneath her home. John and his crew replaced 118 square feet of damaged subflooring and repaired 69.5 feet of floor joists to help restore the home's structural support. 

This homeowner called us as they were having moisture issues in their home. We came out to the home and addressed their concerns. We sprayed MoldX2 to remove the mold and installed the CleanSpace Crawlspace Encapsulation System.

This system will create an environment that can be controlled to make sure that mold will not grow and keep moisture levels to a minimum. This homeowner is now happy that they no longer have to worry about moisture issues in their crawlspace and will have a healthier, happier home.

These two images showcase a drastic transformation of one of the homes we encapsulated in Jackson, Mississippi. The now much cleaner underside of the home provides room for storage and a home free of risk from moisture damage!

This crawl space looks much nicer after installing our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, but more importantly it is more protected than ever before by our liner and the newly installed crawl space dehumidifier.
