Two photos taken by one of our talented crews in the same crawl space, before and after installing our CleanSpace Liner.

This customer had insulation in their crawlspace in an attempt to keep the home warm. This caused more issues than just cold floors though. The insulation attracted water, keeping the moisture close to the floors which caused mold and rotting on the floors. We removed the insulation, sprayed a mold removal, and then encapsulated the crawlspace. This corrected the cold floor issue, took care of the mold, and then created a controllable environment where rot cannot take place.

Tearing out that old insulation and that thin liner and replacing it with our encapsulation system has made a world of a difference for this crawlspace! Aesthetically, and protection-wise!

Check out the amazing transformation in these images! This once messy and wet crawl space now shines with our CleanSpace Liner. The visual difference isn't the only one, this crawl space is also now MUCH more protected against moisture and its possible consequences. Ground water intrusion and seepage from the walls is handled with the liner, while our crawl space dehumidifier and sump pump system tackle humidity and the redirection of collected water. All of this offers protection against moisture damage in the home's floors, and for the overall stability and safety of the home.

These new homeowners had inherited this home from their father and wanted to make sure it was kept in safe condition for many years to come. Previously, there was an attempt to help keep the underside of the home safe from moisture with a basic vapor barrier. Despite this, the floors had still been affected and buckled from crawl space moisture over the years. This wasn't much of a surprise, as we found the old barrier and the rest of the crawl space in pretty rough condition. The second image is a pretty striking difference, thanks to our replacement, the CleanSpace Liner. It is much more durable and it covers much more of the space below. This was also paired with several more of our crawl space products, including a crawl space dehumidifier and sump pump system. Sealing off the space and installing these products creates our encapsulation system, the perfect solution that will continue to keep this important home safe from moisture and humidity.
