This homeowner in Monroe needed an estimate for her crawlspace concerns. Brett drove out and inspected under her home. It was holding significant amounts of moisture and causing mold and mildew. She had plastic sheeting down in some areas that was trapping the water droplets, leading to the smell. We also found mold and wood rot in the wooden joists of her home due to the moisture. 

After showing the homeowner what was causing the symptoms she had noticed, and showing her our solutions, we were able to install our warrantied encapsulation system in her crawlspace. She no longer has to worry what's going on under her house, and will now be free of moisture intrusion and humidity build up!

The crawl space we entered into was full of moisture, damp insulation, and a vapor barrier that wasn't exactly doing a great job. The ground was left exposed, and water intrusion and moisture still had control over this space. After sending one of our design specialist out there, we had a plan created to take control back! The now encapsulated crawl space has removed those unnecessary pieces, and brought the best of the best when it comes to moisture control.
