This large crawlspace in Diamondhead was having water seepage and moisture problems. Henry Bennett designed a custom proposal and system to meet their needs and our crew got it installed. It's complete with a sump pump, dehumidifier, waterproof vapor barrier, and wall liner to keep the crawlspace dry.

These two photos come from the same crawl space and showcase just how big of a difference our crawl space encapsulation system can make on the underside of the home. They reached out to us with concern for their floors that had started to feel soft and sink. Taking a look under their home, it was easy to tell that the source of this problem was crawl space moisture. Not only was it affecting the floors, but it had allowed some mold to thrive under the home as well.
