This vented crawlspace was experiencing humidity problems, causing the floors to swell. There was also a musty smell lingering after water would get inside. Our crew closed off all the vents, preventing outside air from carrying in moisture, and sealed off the rest of the area to keep any future water problems from arising permanently. 

This home in Jackson was experiencing severe foundation problems. The floors were falling from lack of support in the crawlspace. You can see in the photos how far it was sagging and pulling away from the walls. We were able to remedy the issues with our Smart Jacks and Supplemental Beams in the areas that were falling. The lift we got from this procedure was incredible and stabilized the floors permanently. Now the home is safe and secure and we left with a happy customer!

Here is a great look at the drastic effect our foundation solutions had for this home. After taking a thorough look at the home, our design specialist was sure we could make a big change for this home. Once our crew got out there and completed their work on the foundation, the homeowner was shocked to see the difference. The wall and the floor completely reconnected! But there isn't just a change in aesthetics, this entire home is now completely stabilized and safe from future settlement and more intense issues like these. This homeowner reached out to us with great concern over the noticeable settlement in the middle of his home. It was creating even more hard-to-ignore effects on the outside, and as you can see in the before image, the inside of his home as well. Large voids has formed under his floor and slab of his home, resulting in a dangerous lack of support. Fortunately, we came prepared for the perfect solution. Our crews were able to inject our expanding PolyFoam beneath the slab to fill the void and strengthen the surrounding areas. Not only did this level out the floors and add protection, we were able to get rid of some of those nasty gaps that had formed around the home as well. Great job team!
