We are writing you concerning Matt Durbin who is doing our restoration work.  Ever since we had the flood in our home things have been more chaotic than usual to say the least. You brought Matt out to meet us and to show him what work needed to be done.  It only took a couple of days for Jerry and I to realize that we had a real craftsman working here.  He is dependable and comes when he says he will and comes back again when he says he'll be back.  That is very unusual in his line of work and we're nothing short of amazed.  Through the years we have remodeled and built and remodeled the remodeling etc. In other words, we have a wealth of experience when it comes to these building projects.  Truly, we are in awe of Matt's carpentry and painting skills.  He is a real professional!To date, your service has been just wonderful and we thank you for making this very stressful situation so much easier for us to live through.

This was our first experience with a "home disaster", however your team did a great job. They answered the phone quickly on the weekend, arrived at the house as soon as they were finished with a previous job, and worked quickly to minimize the water damage. Thank you very much!

Kim and Brad were extremely helpful and professional, their customer service training was very noticeable and appreciated.  I appreciate the cleaning up of the work area both inside and outside, many contractors forget that clean up and paperwork are also part of the project.  Leaving all the papaer work, in one packet, attached to the installation information also shows professionalism, customer service and attention to detail.

My wife, Cheryl and I would like to thank all of you very much for the terrific job you all did when a water pipe broke in our kitchen.  You folks came out promptly and were very polite, and professional.  Everyone that we dealt with in your company and contractors with your company were great.  Everyone was friendly and prompt.  I can't thank you enough for a job well done.  You people have a great company and its because you have great employees.  We would really like to thank the folks who worked on our place Ian, Trevor, Duane, Joe, Justin, Wyatt, Rory, and Lisa and all the contractors at Riska Insulation and Mike the guy who put in the floor.  All great people.

To the wonderful folks at Dayspring Restoration: I cannot begin to express how great it was to work with everyone at Dayspring during the mold mitigation and restoration of our log home. To think about dealing with all the issues long distance from our permanent home in South Texas seemed extremely difficult, if not impossible. But Larry and Margaret were so fabulous to work with. Between phone calls and email, we knew exactly what was happening. Pictures were sent via email to verify the work that was being done at the house so we were always informed. The people they lined up to help us with flooring and cabinetry were also helpful and working with them was very easy. From the first contact with people from your company, it was obvious the professionalism and competence of everyone. Once I finally was able to see the finished product, it was beyond what I had imagined from the photos that had been sent. Clark did a fabulous job making sure all was completed and finalized. His availability to answer questions was much appreciated. It was so great to know we could count on your staff even after the job was finished. I cannot say enough good things about your organization. Our Montana house has never looked better. Considering how devastating the damage seemed to have been, accomplishing this was nothing short of a miracle. Thank you so very much for restoring our home so we can enjoy it for many more years.

This letter is a long time in coming but I felt it incumbent upon me to write to you to express my sincerest gratitude to Dayspring Restoraiton and especially to Kris Schallock for his part in rectifying a particularly difficult situation regarding carpet installation, removal, cleaning, re-installation, removal, re-cleaning, and subsequent tile installation. In short, a carpet was installed in my home, with an adhesive that adversely affected the concrete upon which it was placed.  Chemical fumes arose from the floor making it impossible to use the room.  The rug was removed, the floor cleaned, and another rug installed.  After a period of time, fumes again permeated the room making it unlivable.  Upon close investigation of the room, a small amount of mold (originating from damp luggage) was also found in a closet.  It was at that point my husband turned to your company for suggestions to solve both rug and mold problems.  Kris Schallock outlined a course of action which included a two-part approach.  First, rid the closet of mold.  Second, remove the carpet, clean the adhesive residue from the concrete, and install tile. Taking that course eradicated both mold and the offensive fumes, rendering the living space habitable. From onset to solution, the process was lengthy with countless phone conversations, meetings, waiting periods, home visitations etc.  Throughout all, however, Kris Schallock excercised true leadership and professionalism in solving the problem by working cooperatively and inclusively with us every step of the way.  Kris Schallock is an umpressive young man with excellent communication and managerial skills.  He listens, clarfies, suggests and solves.  Moreover, all of this is done with respect and concern for the client.  He truly is a credit to your firm. Your company is one to be trusted and respected.  And my husband and I have made it clear to those we know, of the distance you will go to insure customer satisfaction.  Thank you for taking care of us.
